I'm Karla Davenport. I'm married and have three children, including two teenagers. Our family includes a Golden Retriever and my Thoroughbred. 

Fully Qualified
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications (summa cum laude) with a minor in Business Administration. My core studies included interpersonal relationships, psychology, and communication analysis. In addition, I’ve completed approximately a year towards my MBA, specializing in organizational structures.

I’ve completed certification for leadership and facilitation course work. I’ve spent six years working in public schools with emotionally disturbed teenagers in special ed programs. I’ve worked fifteen years in the field of community development with eight municipalities to design supports for children’s and families throughout their communities. Awarded on a national basis for strategic work in developing community supports for children and families. I’m considered to be at a master’s level for professional coaching.

My education and professional background enables me to analyze, strategize, and organize to develop a winning plan. I help solve the one-on-one problems that occur whether it’s between staff or family members.

Can You Really Do This?

Absolutely! I know it can be done because I did it. I managed to go to school full-time while also working full time--and I was a full-time mom while doing it.

I’m a strategist. That’s the best way to describe my skills set and the training I’ve gone through to learn to help others.

Throughout my tenure I’ve: analyzed the problem, created a strategy, and then made a successful plan. Together we can do this for your life.
